   | Situated in Charlotte Street, a quiet turning off of Marine Parade, (the promenade) about 400 metres to the east of Brighton Pier, we are ideally placed for access to all the Cities amenities and attractions. The City centre with its wide choice of both shops and nightlife are within easy walking distance. Langham Guest House at no.16 and its neighbour (and annexe) at no.17 are a pair of Grade 2 listed Regency town houses built in the early 19th century. (circa 1810-1820) Facilities We have a wide selection of rooms to cater for most needs, single, double, twin, triple and family rooms which accommodate 4. All of our rooms are en-suite, each of the bathrooms comprising shower, washbasin, WC, and dual voltage shaver sockets. Each of the rooms are also fitted with hairdryers. Towels are provided. Additionally, every room has the following amenities: Remote control colour TV, alarm clock radios, tea and coffee making facilities, and all rooms benefit from daily room servicing. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and to help achieve this we have considered many factors. We have found that a light breakfast suits the majority of our guests, we therefore now provide a light complimentary breakfast comprising of fruit juice, cereals, toast with a selection of jams and marmalade and tea or coffee. Our rates also offer those able to visit at less busy times the opportunity to take advantage of reduced prices, and we trust you will agree that overall we offer you the opportunity of good quality accommodation at affordable rates. |

How to Find Us We are located in Charlotte Street, which runs between the sea front (Marine Parade) and Upper St. James Street.Charlotte St is a one way street, entry from Marine Parade. From the north of the city follow the A23 (London to Brighton road) This terminates at a roundabout at the pier. Take the first exit (turn left) this is Marine Parade. About 400 metres along Marine Parade there are traffic lights. Proceed straight through these. Charlotte Street is the 4th turning after the traffic lights (the Lanes Hotel is on the corner and acts a a good landmark). East/West Marine Parade is the A259, see above. |
