Welcome

The Killiecrankie HotelKilliecrankie House was originally built as a private country residence for a local Church minister in 1840. It was converted into an hotel in 1939 and is a family run hotel owned by Tim and Maillie Waters.

The hotel sits in four acres of wooded grounds with a delightful herbaceous border garden (pictured above) and a rose garden on the west side of the house. The front of the house faces the wooded hillside of Fonvuik across the Pass of Killiecrankie and the River Garry, and to the east of the house, there are lawned gardens and wooded grounds. The Killiecrankie Hotel

The hotel enjoys a quiet, peaceful location in stunning scenery amongst the verdant Perthshire countryside.

Every effort is made to ensure that guests feel at home and, however long you intend to stay, you'll find our tranquil setting, excellent food and wonderful location will ensure a memorable visit.

The Killiecrankie HotelTraditional Comfort

Each of our eight double and two single bedrooms is individually decorated and finished in natural pine by local craftsmen. Every room has its own ensuite facilities as well as colour television, radio, and direct dial telephone. Hairdriers, tea- and coffee-making facilities and shoe cleaning materials are placed in each bedroom. Your bed will be turned down each night by our housekeeper.

Bar

Our cosy, wood-panelled Bar is a popular haunt used by both locals and visitors for lunch and supper. Here you will find around 25 or more of some of Scotland's finest Malts. There is also a snug sitting room with an open fire for the colder months and when the weather is warm, it opens on to a small patio and the fine herbaceous border which is a feature of the garden. An agreeable place to enjoy the long mid-summer evenings.
