| We are offering Bed & Breakfast, in a self contained annexe in Brenchley near Tunbridge Wells. Our B&B accommodation has been awarded four stars by the Quality in Tourism. The Annexe at Pinto is situated in the heart of the Kent countryside, about a mile from the picturesque village of Brenchley in a quiet position, with off road parking and in a very quiet location. Our lovely accommodation consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, large lounge/dining room plus kitchen. You also have use of a patio area with garden furniture. There is a colour television, DVD player, stereo, radio and tea making facilities. A hair dryer, bath gowns and slippers are provided. |

| Places to visit This is an excellent centre to tour the county. There are many National Trust properties nearby, including Rudyard Kipling's Batemans, Scotney and Sissinghurst, Knole, Chartwell - the former home of Winston Churchill, Bodiam Castle and Ightam Mote. We are also close to Penshurst Place, Hever Castle and Leeds Castle. Tunbridge Wells is some 6 miles from us and is of considerable interest both for it's historic Pantiles area and The Royal Victoria Shopping Mall. Golfers have a variety of courses to try and we are adjacent to the Kent National golf course. At Bewl Water you can fish, sail, cycle or just watch the birds. There are excellent pubs close by. We have a 'No Smoking' policy and do not accept pets. |

| Directions The nearest main road (3 miles) is the A21 from Sevenoaks to Hastings that links into the M25, M26 and M20. On the A21 south of Tunbridge Wells interchange (A264) at the large roundabout at Kippings Cross turn left onto the B2160 to Matfield. Continue through Matfield and you will start to descend a hill. Before reaching Paddock Wood, virtually at the bottom of the hill, on the right, you will see a red post box and a sign to Kent National Golf Club. Turn right here in to Chantlers Hill. If you reach Mascalls School on your right you have gone too far!! Climb the hill for about 100 metres and as the road levels out and bears to the right, you will see a 6ft high green fence on your right. At the end of this fence is the driveway for Sunrise and Pinto. Pull in to the drive, following it round to the right, past Sunrise and the garage and in to the parking area for Pinto. |
