| Holly House: Holly House is a privately-owned traditional bed and breakfast establishment offering excellent accommodation for guests who enjoy a high level of comfort in a relaxed atmosphere. It is a centrally-heated family-sized detached house typically constructed of the same honey coloured stone that is unique to the beautiful Cotswolds. The emphasis at Holly House is on a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All guests are given a front door key to come and go as they please. We are fortunate to have gained from the The English Tourism Council, Four Stars and a Silver Award for Guest Accommodation. |
| The Location: Our house is situated a few minutes level walk from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, which is often described as the "Venice of the Cotswolds" as the River Windrush flows through the centre of the village. Here you will find several pubs and restaurants all serving both lunch time and evening meals, all within close walking distance. |
| The Acommodation: We offer single, double and twin-bedded accommodation. All of our rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious, with a view to creating a friendly home-from-home atmosphere. All the rooms feature en-suite facilities with individually controlled heating, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and private ironing facilities. We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the house. |
| Breakfast: Traditional English breakfast is served between 08.00 and 09.00 in the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of our beautiful conservatory overlooking the delightful secluded lawn and garden. We serve a delicious freshly-cooked full English breakfast, and special diets can be catered for if advised in advance. |
| The Guest Lounge: There is a separate guests' lounge on the ground floor with comfortable settees where you can linger over a very large selection of interesting Tourist selection of interesting Tourist Information leaflets, local guides and events itinerary, magazines and books. This is the ideal place to relax and plan your holiday with the help of the guides provided. We have a choice of maps and tour guides available for our guests to borrow whether for walking or driving through the Cotswolds. We are always happy to suggest places of interest and inform you of any local events. |
| Car Parking: Ample private car parking is provided at the front of the property. |
| Opening Times and Prices: We are open all year round (except for Christmas). Double/Twin room from £60 per night inclusive of full English breakfast. Single occupancy - from £50 per night inclusive of full English breakfast. We regret that credit, debit cards and travellers cheques are not accepted.
