Hill Head Farm is ideal for those who wish for a relaxing break in a beautiful location. During your visit, you can expect to receive a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere from the lovely staff and owners Billy and Margaret Stewart.
We are perfectly situated between South Shields and Sunderland, offering truly amazing views of the whole area, exclusive to Hill Head Farm.
Our accomodation is perfectly suited to couples who want a nice quiet holiday. We prefer mature couples without children or pets. There is strictly no smoking.

 | The property available is a beautiful self-catered bungalow. There are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed whilst the other has two single beds and a sofa bed. |

| The tea room at Hill Head Farm is very popular as it overlooks the surrounding area as well as the sea. Therefore you can enjoy our Traditional English Home Baking whilst absorbing all of the unique views we have to offer.We are famous for our delicious homemade scones and pies. Although we are well known for our hot lunches and afternoon teas. |
| Despite the peaceful and idyllic surroundings, there are plenty of activities and attractions to experience. The farm is right next to the local riding school and golf club, not only that, the coast is easily accessible by foot, whilst South Shield and Sunderland can be accessed via the bus which stops close by. |
