Harestock Lodge Hotel and Restaurant is one of the few remaining family run local hotels in the locality where a warm welcome is assured by the Bishop family and a friendly professional service guaranteed throughout your stay whether business or pleasure. The situation of the hotel on the outskirts of Winchester is a fine setting for what was once a Victorian Gentleman's residence with its secluded garden and views over open countryside.  |
The general ambience of the hotel is maintained in the tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished en-suite bedroom. With a choice of Double, Twin, Single or family, all bedrooms have colour television, radio direct dial telephone and hospitality tray. Trouser press, hairdryer, shoe cleaning and laundry facilities are all available. Whichever your choice of bedroom our high standard of service and care is maintained. Some of the Victorian elegance still remains in the Harestock restaurant and the high standard of food served reflects the Victorian desire for good quality. |
Open to all, guests are welcome for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon teas and dinner, with a choice from a larger than normal Table d'hôte or a la carte menu. English, French and Italian specialities together with a vegetarian menu that will tempt most are featured daily and all of this may be completed by an extensive wine list. Candlelit dinner, business lunch or family get together, the lavish experience assures memorable satisfaction. The comforts of the lounge to relax in and the bar for socialising are just two more facets on offer at Harestock Lodge.
