| With an emphasis on comfort and quality, Jan and Nigel welcome you to Hanwell House, a modern three-storey house, boasting character and charm, quietly situated just half a mile to the north of Banbury town centre, yet located conveniently between the main roads to Warwick and Southam and minutes from the M40 (jct 11). Located in the heart of 'Banburyshire', Hanwell House is well placed for visits to the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the historic sites of Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Oxford, yet only about an hour from London - by train or car. In addition, we are around 20 minutes drive away from the famous Silverstone Racing Circuit and only ten minutes from the English Civil War battlefields of Cropredy Bridge and Edgehill. Cropredy is also home to the renowned Fairport Convention music festival every year. |

| Hanwell House offers three attractive first floor guest rooms, two double-bedded rooms with private en-suite facilities and a twin-bedded room with its own private bathroom, central heating, colour television, radio/alarms, hospitality trays and hairdryers. Off-road parking is also available. A varied cooked-to-order breakfast menu is available from a hearty traditional 'full English' - to a light continental breakfast. While we are unable to provide evening meals, we are happy to offer a comprehensive list of local Pubs and Restaurants, all providing a wide variety of food and drink to suit every taste. |

| DIRECTIONS TO HANWELL HOUSE From the M40 at Junction 11, take the A422 towards Banbury, drive to the third roundabout and take the third turning, A423 towards Southam. Turn left at the first roundabout onto Dukes Meadow. Drive straight across the first roundabout and Hanwell House will be found on the left after about 50 yards. From M1, take Junction 16 towards Daventry, take the A361 towards Banbury. This will take you to the roundabout at the M40, junction 11. Take the A422 towards Banbury and follow same directions as above. |
