| This farm stands in the beautiful Exe Valley 3 miles from Exmouth with its sandy beaches 0.5 mile from the tiny fishing village of Lympstone and 7 miles from Exeter and its outstanding Cathedral. | Rooms are available from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure. A traditional English Breakfast will be served between 8.00 am and 9.00 am. Cancellation charges are two thirds of the total coast, so please take out holiday insurance. |
