There is ample room for parking cars, boats. Riding, fishing, boating, sailing and golf are all nearby.There is access to rooms at all times.
This farm stands in the beautiful Exe Valley 3 miles from Exmouth with its sandy beaches 0.5 mile from the tiny fishing village of Lympstone and 7 miles from Exeter and its outstanding Cathedral. The farm is within easy reach of all the Devon coastal resorts and for touring Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Rooms are available from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure.
A traditional English Breakfast will be served between 8.00 am and 9.00 am.
Cancellation charges are two thirds of the total coast, so please take out holiday insurance.
