A luxurious house set in the main street of this quaint and ancient harbour town. To the rear of the house is a pretty, secluded garden where you can relax with a drink in good weather. A minute's walk away from the Esplanade and recently built marina, and adjacent to the West Somerset Steam Railway. The spectacular scenery and walkways of Exmoor and the Quantock Hills are within a short driving distance, along with many historic monuments and leisure activities.

Local Places of Interest
The Quantock Hills - designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, hilltops covered by heathland descending into woodland, forestry and farmland with many combes or valleys cut into the sides of the hills and pretty villages dotted around the lower slopes.
Watchet Marina - opened in 2001 and a focal point in the harbour. Events are planned throughout the summer.
West Somerset Railway - steam trains operate throughout the summer along a 20 mile route between Minehead and Bishops Lydeard, all trains stopping at Watchet Station.
Dunster - a well-preserved medieval village with a castle standing in beautiful wooded grounds, containing rare portraits, a banqueting hall and a superb carved staircase. |
