| Furzen Hill Farm Cottage This cottage is part of the 17th century farmhouse but is completely self contained. It is situated just off the A445 at Cubbington Heath, a few minutes from the National Agricultural Centre at Stoneleigh and about ½ an hour from the National Exhibition Centre by car. Stratford on Avon, Warwick and Coventry are within easy reach. The accommodation consists of a kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freeze, washer/drier, dish washer and microwave. There is a hall, cloakroom and large living room downstairs and three bedrooms, one ensuite and separate bathroom upstairs. One room has a double bed the rest have single beds all with duvets. The heating is by storage radiators and other electric heaters. The electricity is included in the rent. There is a colour TV, DVD, radio and a pay phone for guest use. The cottage is fully equipped for 6 and bed linen provided, towels may be hired at an extra charge if requested. There is a large shared garden and ample parking space. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Furzen Hill is a busy working farm and children must be accompanied by an adult in the farmyard. |

| The Barn has been converted to holiday accommodation from part of the original threshing barn, which is in the farm yard. The cottage will sleep four people and has two bedrooms one with two single beds, the other has 3' bunk beds. The bathroom is upstairs, downstairs is a lounge/dining area and kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and washing maching, tumble drier and microwave. There is no garden with the cottage but guests are welcome to share the garden for Furzen Hill Cottage. The Barn is all electric and the cost of this is included in the rent. There is TV, DVD, radio and pay phone for guest use. Bed linen is included in the price for this cottage, towels can be hired if requested. Again children must be supervised in the farm yard. |

| Dairy cottage is a single storey barn conversion in the farmyard of Furzen Hill Farm. The cottage is fully equipped for 4 people and has two bedrooms each with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier. Patio doors lead from the living room to the garden at the rear of the cottage. All the heating is electric and the cost of the electricity is included in rent. There is a colour TV, DVD player, radio and pay phone for guests use. Bed linen is included in the price for this cottage, towels can be hired if requested. Children must be supervised by an adult in the farm yard. |
| Guests are welcome to share the hard tennis court at Furzen Hill but correct tennis shoes must be worn - No trainers are allowed. |

| Tinker's Corner Tinker's Corner, completed in May 2004 is our most recent holiday conversion. It has been renovated to a high standard. Having original oak beams and an oak floor. The one bedroom has two single beds. However there is a bed settee downstairs for two extra guests. The bathroom has a large shower but no bath. Downstairs is a large living room, comfortably furnished with colour TV and DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and microwave. There is a small private patio and the large farmhouse garden is shared by all cottages. The cost of all linen and the central heating is included in the price for this cottage. |
| Buses run from Cubbington village 1¼ miles away. Coventry and Leamington railway stations are within easy reach, approximately 4 miles but the use of a car is advisable. Leamington Spa is the nearest large town but there are several local shops and pubs which provide meals. |
