We offer tea on arrival, in our delightful garden or by the fire, will run you to any of our wonderful local pubs and provide use of a washing machine, fridge and BBQ depending on what the weather brings! Bedrooms are all en suite with their own access so guests can enjoy more privacy and independence. The family room is on the ground floor. Rooms are full of character, well furnished and equipped with TV, hairdryers and tea trays stocked with different teas and coffees and snacks. Linen and towels are of high quality, as are our standards of housekeeping.

Breakfast, in the conservatory allows guests to watch our many birds in the well tended garden, which they may also enjoy at any time. A wide choice caters for all tastes, with special diets no problem. Choose from fresh fruit salad and Greek yogurt, full English or smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Cutlery and china is new and high quality. We won't rush you, giving you the best possible start to your day. Guests with horses - these details are of interest to you: Local facilities include racehorse trainers gallops, outdoor schools, cross country course and equestrian swimming pool. Hacking is wonderful and maps of rides are available. Stabling and turnout costs £10 per horse per night. This includes shavings bedding, and hay and haylage may be purchased here at cost price. Please bring your own hard feed, haynets and feed buckets. Water buckets and mucking out tools are provided. There is ample lorry parking, good security and excellent lighting, hot water and safe conditions for you and your horse. Turnout is fenced by posts and permenant electric tape wired to the mains supply. Horses seem to enjoy their stay as much as our other guests!
