| The Edwardian Lodge Guest House is a family run business, with the house dating from 1902. It has been completely refurbished and beautifully decorated carefully preserving all original features. More recently careful restoration work has enhanced the exterior appearance. At the back of the property is the main entrance and a large private car park. There are eight bedrooms all with their own private bathroom facilities, centrally heated and double glazed. Breakfast is served in a spacious conservatory overlooking the rear garden. We operate a totally Non-Smoking policy, which we ask the guests to respect. The Edwardian Lodge is situated on the Castle Road, (also the A345), about 1/2 mile north of the city centre, which is about a 10-15 min walk via Castle road, or alongside the River Avon. Check in: Midday-2pm, or 4.30pm-9pm,otherwise by arrangement. We can take care of your luggage if you arrive early. Check out: By 10.00am or by arrangement. We also offer all of our guests a free WiFi connection. |

| Bedrooms The accommodation comprises of four double bedded rooms, two twin bedded rooms, one family room which has a double and single bed and a single bedded room. All rooms (which are non-smoking) have a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and all have en-suite shower, toilet washrooms; additionally each room is very spacious and has a dressing table and wardrobe. |

| Prices Single From £42 - £50 Double / Twin From £60 - £70 Family From £75 - £90 Rates are inclusive of breakfast, which is served in the conservatory overlooking the rear garden. The Breakfast choices are between, traditional cooked English, continental, or vegetarian, along with a choice of juices, cereals, yogurts, toast, tea and coffee.
