At Downs Edge you willfind the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere of a country house,combined with professionalism gained through many years ofmanagement of some of Britains finest five star Hotels. The House is set in magnificent gardens opening onto the Bristol Downs - an open Park of some 450 acres - truly "a Countrysidelocation in the Heart of the City". It is ideally situated for the amenities of the City - Theatres, Cinemas, Restaurants, Places of Interest - but lies amid the peaceful surroundings of acres of open parkland. The House is furnished with fine period furniture and paintings, and a Library containing many interesting books on the history of Bristol.

TARIFF A total of eight bedrooms - all with own private facilities Single Bedrooms £52.00 to £58.00 Double or Twin Bedrooms £72.00 to £78.00 Extra Beds are available for children, over 6 years old, sharing with adults - charges from £8 to £15 depending on age.
CANCELLATION - notice of 4 days is required, without which the customer may be liable to two thirds of the value of any booking that we are unable to re let.
