Road:

Follow the M6 motorway until junction 21A. This should take you on to the M62 towards Liverpool. Continue along the M62 and as you approach the end of the motorway you will notice brown coloured signs for 'Albert Dock' (going in the same direction generally as City Centre) When you have almost reached the City Centre you will travel down a very steep section of the dual carriageway with a flyover on your left. Keep following the brown coloured signs but after 100 yards after a right-hand bend move into the left lane in order to turn left at the traffic lights onto Leeds Street. (If you do not turn left at this point you may end up going through the Wallasay Tunnel which costs £#163;1.10 each way!) From Leeds Street keep heading for the Albert Dock which appears set back from the road on your right, after the Liver Buildings. Go past the dock and through a couple of traffic lights and you will go past the Dolby lit up in red. Very carefully turn around at the next junction to drive into the hotel car park. |
