| Accommodation & Meals All our rooms have colour television, tea and coffee making facilities with Earl Grey tea and Cadbury Drinking Chocolate, clock radio alarms, hairdryers. Toiletries are provided and of course soft freshly laundered towels. Ironing facilities are available, the house has full central heating and ample car parking. All our rooms are thoughtfully decorated, clean, comfortable and welcoming, each having their own theme. We are also wi - fi enabled with free internet access from your laptop. We have a no smoking policy in our guest house. A full English breakfast is included. |

| Tariff Single/Double Rooms:- £28.00- £40.00 /person/night Family Rooms:- £25.00 - £35.00 /person/night fully inclusive Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or by completing the on-line Order Form We also offer picnics, freshly made to your requirements. Please enquire when booking. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch) by cheque and cash. A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This can be furnished in the form of a credit card number, or a cheque. A minimum 72 hours advance notice of cancellation is required. (we do charge 3 % if you wish to pay by credit card). *2 Night minimum on Weekends* Because weekends are very sought after in Stratford-Upon-Avon, most hotels and B & B's, including ourselves, will have no rooms to rent for a single night. (we occasionally have the odd night, so please give us a call). Weekends are the most crowded times in our historical town. It seems that everyone wants to be in the land of Shakespeare on Saturday, but enough people want to stay in Stratford-Upon Avon for both Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday, that booking a single night on the weekend usually throws everyone's schedule into chaos! |
