Bournemouth is famed for its seven mile golden beach, Soft sand slopes gently from the pine clad Chines into the water of one of the most attractive bays on the South Coast. The town offers visitors an expansive variety of shops and restaurants, parks and sub-tropical gardens. Within half an hour's drive to the east is the glorious New Forest with herds of wild deer and the famous New Forest Ponies; to the west lies the ancient kingdom of Wessex and Thomas Hardy country.
 Leading from the sitting room and dining room French doors open out to the secluded, award winning garden.
We offer our guests a fine selection of British home cooked foods. The cosy south facing dining room offers a charm and elegance to ensure you fully enjoy our traditional cuisine and attentive service. Breakfast is served between nine and ten o'clock during the summer months, earlier if requested by prior arrangement.
We can accommodate free on site parking for up to eight cars with additional parking also available in Knyveton Road. Access to the internet is available free of charge to all our guests, and those with laptops can connect to our WiFi network free of charge.

A quiet tree-lined avenue in the attractive and historic East Cliff area of Bournemouth is the setting for this elegant, Edwardian house. Close to the heart of Bournemouth and only a ten minute stroll to the beach, the Cransley is conveniently placed for all the major road and rail links and a short journey from Bournemouth International Airport.The perfect place for business or pleasure. Double and twin bedrooms are all en-suite with a choice of shower or bath. For the less mobile guest a double and twin en-suite rooms are situated on the ground floor. We also offer two single rooms. All bedrooms have colour televisions, clock radios, hair dryers and hospitality trays.

  If you are traveling from London or anywhere along the M3 corridor simply take the M3 southbound towards Southampton.Where to M3 joins the M27 follow the westbound directions for Bournemouth.
People traveling from the Sussex/Kent coast have direct access to the M27 via the A27. At its western end the M27 becomes the A31 dual carriageway through the New Forest. After the town of Ringwood you will need to turn onto the A338 dual carriageway and follow the signs for Bournemouth. Five miles along the A338 you will see the M3073 exit for Bournemouth.
If you are traveling from the Midlands or the North of England we would recommend you head for Oxford and joing the A34 dual carriageway. The A34 will take you south as far as Winchester where you join the M3 southbound and follow the directions given alongside.
From the South West the most direct route is to head for Wimborne using the A35. On reaching Wimbourne join the A31 and you will find Bournemouth clearly marked. |
