| Craigmoss apartment accommodation . . . The success of our guesthouse has inspired us to spread our wings. Craigmoss is now delighted to be able to offer stylish Edinburgh self-catering alternatives - Herriot Hill and Gayfield Street for those who want a little more independence. In addition, our beautiful new holiday cottage in the Scottish Highlands is our most recent addition and is now available to let. Our two contemporary Edinburgh city apartments have been re-furbished to the highest standards. Our Gayfield Street apartment has been awarded a four star grading by the Scottish Tourist Board, and we have just installed wireless network access to the internet. |
| about us . . . Craigmoss is owned and managed by Harry and Isabelle Taylor. Having grown up in Edinburgh, Isabelle and Harry are always on hand to give advice on the best places to visit in the city. You must try Harry's 'Craigmoss Special' breakfast to set you up for all that sightseeing. All our properties are Gay friendly, Child friendly and Pet friendly. Our Edinburgh bed & breakfast rooms and facilities. All our B & B rooms are spacious and comfortable. The decor is warm and welcoming. We have strived to maintain the Victorian character of the house. We have 6 bedrooms - 4 are en-suite and 2 have private bathrooms. Twin, double and family rooms are available. Based on two adults staying the cost vary between £70.00 and £160.00 per night. Contact us for current Edinburgh bed and breakfast rates and single occupancy. | breakfast . . . Breakfast is served in our relaxed and sunny dining room. We offer our guests an authentic Scottish experience in our our breakfast menu. A full Scottish breakfast - porridge and haggis (both vegetarian and meat). Ask for a wee taste of the haggis, even if you don't want it as a breakfast - it's always available so don't miss out. Another favourite on the menu is our 'Craigmoss Special' - smoked bacon, potato waffles and maple syrup - a sightseeing power pack. For those who prefer to relax over breakfast, take advantage of our Continental room service breakfast. |

| reservations . . . You may make reservations up to one year in advance. Please try to give us an indication of your estimated arrival time. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card/debit card. Your card must be valid for the duration of your stay. Your card will only be debited should you fail to show up. If a credit/debit card is not available, a cheque equalling first night's stay, made payable to 'Craigmoss Guest House' must be received within 14 days of arrival. |
| cancellations . . . A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for all New Year reservations. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, except during the festivals in August and at New Year, when we have a 14 day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any refund can be made. Notice of cancellation received less than the above will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation and no deposit refunds for New Year bookings will be made. Check-out is by 10.30 on day of departure. An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations. |
