| Courtbrook Farm is a working dairy farm. We have converted the old dairy into a ground floor apartment which consists of a double bedroom, sitting/dining room with kitchenette and good sized shower room. Outside we have ample parking and use of an enclosed courtyard. |  |
| We are offering a different approach to Bed and Breakfast. The apartment is well stocked with a selection of continental style breakfast foods and beverages to enable you to help yourselves at a time that suites you. The Breakfast will include a selection of: cereals, fruit juice, yogurts, fruit, eggs, bread and preserves. The apartment is serviced daily. We are situated just 5 miles from the historic cathedral city of Exeter and only 2 miles from Junction 30 M5. Our farm is in the little village of Clyst St. George. We are conveniently positioned near to the Westpoint exhibition centre, Crealy Park and Exeter airport. |

The lounge area has a comfortable settee, dining table with chairs, dimmable lighting and flat screen digital television.The bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The shower room has a good sized shower. The apartment has central heating, hair dryer, access to washing machine and iron. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with patio table ideal for morning coffee. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer etc. |   |
