 | Welcome to The Cottage, a large Edwardian house, in the centre of Llandrindod Wells with its elegant wide streets and wonderful Victorian architecture. |

The house was originally built as a doctors residence and practice and occupies a very prominent position in the centre of the town's conservation area.
The house retains many of its original features. It was built in 1903 in the Arts and Crafts style and is therefore full ofidiosyncrasies and odd angles. In fact you will find it difficult to find any ordinary rectangular rooms (though we do haveone!) and we would like to think that the rest of the decor gives a period but relaxed atmosphere. Your friendly hostMark is always on hand if you want advice on places to visit and how to reach them. |

The Cottage has seven bedrooms of which four are ensuite, three shower, one bath and all have their own key for your peace of mind. Our rooms are mostly double and twin bedded and we also have a large family room with a double and two single beds in it.
All rooms have hot and cold water supply, shaver points and tea and coffee making facilities. If youhave travelled without your hair dryer or iron, let us know and you can use one of ours. Some of therooms have period furniture in them to which we are constantly adding. |

| The dining room has individual tables for each room and again has a period feel. We provide a hearty breakfast using as much local produce as possible. Free range eggs, home made sausages from our local butcher and a fine selection of home made jams and marmalade from your host.We are happy to tailor breakfast to your needs when we can and vegetarians and vegans are bothwelcome and well catered for if we have a little notice. | |

 | There is a large, comfortable lounge exclusively for our guests, with big comfy sofas to bury yourself into after a day out on the hills; or exploring the outstandingly beautiful landscapes which make up Mid Wales. |
