A good location as it is 1 mile from the City Centre, less than 1 mile to the University, and less than 2 miles to Trafford.

Welcome to my home. I have a comfortable and clean private rooms available with plenty of space for your things.
I also have an apartment, which is around the corner from me. I am available 24/7 and I am easy to contact. My house and apartment is within walking distance to Central Manchester, the Universities and other attractions. My properties have brilliant access to transport links which will take you in and around Manchester. I can help advise you where to go.
Included in the price are is Breakfast & Evening Meal and cleaning & laundry. I can accommodate for most tastes and dietry requirements including vegetarians. In my house you are able to use the lounge the kitchen and a shared bathroom. You can use the internet connection, TV, DVD and washing machine. Lighting, heating and hot water also all available.
The local area is very nice and safe. You will be fine bringing in your bags etc.
Anyone is welcome to come and stay in Manchester's exciting metropolitan culture. This is also a gay friendly house.
I only expect guests to respect my place and I will help you have an awesome stay in Manchester.
Guest Access
The whole house apart from other rooms being used by other guests. The bathroom, kitchen and garden is shared. Free Wifi and street/secure car parking facilicities are offered.

I like to think I have a lot of interaction with my fellow guests and if they need me I am available 24/7. |

Buses
Greater Manchester has an extensive bus network operated by various commercial operators.
All Transport for Greater Manchester information is comprehensive and impartial; provided independently to any of these companies.
Many buses start their journey or pass through a Transport for Greater Manchester operated bus station.
Timetables are available for all bus services running in Greater Manchester and can be obtained from local Travelshops, by post from Transport for Greater Manchester, ring (calls from BT landlines cost 10p a minute, mobile and other landline networks may charge an additional tariff), or through the Journey Planner. Getting around
There are frequent bus routes 1 minute walk from the house and the apartment. Taxis and trams which will take you all over the city at ease. |
Other Things to Note
I will allow clean pets but please bring their own bed with you no cats allowed sorry as I have a dog that dosent like them.
Just like all major citys around the world Manchester has its small share of criminals so be safe with your items like bags wallets jewlery and money try to blend in dont look like a tourist and dont look lost dont walk around with your mobile to your ear as there is a new trend for people on bikes to snatch them from you so go in a shop or bar and make a call i am happy to go anywhere with you if you are a lone tourist just ask.

Be clean and look after the items that don't belong to you
If you are unhappy with any part of your stay then you should contact the host immediately

Please do not bring back strangers from clubs or bars to the house or the apartment
