College Farm is an arable farm set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, 6 miles west of Ipswich on the A1071. The farmhouse is a 500-year-old beamed Tudor building which was at one time owned by Cardinal Wolsey at the time of King Henry VIII. It has been carefully modernised over the years, but still retains its character with oak beams, Inglenook fireplace, sloping floors and low doorways.

It stands in a large garden which guests are welcome to relax in, and is surrounded by fields and meadows in a quiet part of the farm.

You may wander along the marked footpaths on the farm to enjoy the scenery and wildlife, or participate in golf, fishing and riding which are close by.

At the next traffic lights with "Holiday Inn" on the corner, turn left on the A1071 Hadleigh Road. Go 3 miles to Hintlesham, carry on through the village keeping on the A1071. The farm drive is half a mile further on towards Hadleigh, on the left, well sign posted
