| THE LOCATION Coldham Cottages are nestled in the heart of an arable farm just on the outskirts of the charming north Bedfordshire village of Riseley. Our short term lets are ideal for a peaceful holiday, a relaxing business trip or a home between homes. |  |
 | THE COTTAGES All of our cottages are fully fitted to the highest standards with all the comforts of home. The kitchens are all fully fitted, including electric cookers, microwaves, dishwashers and washer dryers. In each cottage you will have the choice of bath or shower and the heating is fully adjustable for your comfort. The living area includes colour television and video, CD player and payphone. Outside each cottage there is a patio area with garden furniture and the use of a barbeque. Pets are by prior arrangement. |
| COTTAGES ONE & TWO Both sleep four These are both two bedroom cottages. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and the second room has zip and link beds and can either be arranged as a double or twin room. The living areas have a large arched window overlooking the fields. Cottage one also has en-suite to the master bedroom. |  |
 | COTTAGE THREE Sleeps Three/Four Cottage three has a large living area and two bedrooms - a double and single. The view to the rear is out onto open fields. |
| THE FARM Coldham Farm is a working arable farm growing mainly wheat. It provides an excellent network of footpaths to explore as you take in the rolling North Bedfordshire countryside and the local wildlife. |  |
 | RISELEY - THE VILLAGE The pretty village of Riseley, set in the idyllic rural county of Bedfordshire, offers all the traditional features of village life including the local pub, convenient village shop and Post Office, as well as a very popular Steak Restaurant. |
| THINGS TO DO Just a short drive north of Bedford with good roads in all directions there is plenty to see and do. The nearby towns and cities Bedford, Cambridge, Northampton and Milton Keynes offer much, including sightseeing and museums, shopping, theatres, cinemas as well as other business, entertainment and sporting facilities. Grafham Water, Woburn Abbey Safari, Althorp House, Shuttleworth and Duxford Air Museums are all an easy drive away.Locally there is also Clay Pigeon Shooting, House Riding, Motor Racing, Gliding and Water Sports. There are also many places to walk or ride a bike. |
