Traditional Victorian built house. Family run business, centrally located. Good quality and value for money accommodation with 3 Private Parking spaces. A non-smoking establishment, with good service and high standard of cleanliness.
We are 15 / 20 min walk from the Royal Mile / city centre.
Services
A full hearty cooked Scottish breakfast is included in the price. All breakfasts also include a selection of cereals or porridge. Wholemeal or white toast. Fresh orange juice, tea and fresh coffee. We also offer continental and vegetarian breakfasts on request.
  
Guest Information
Breakfast is served from 8am every morning and finishes at 9am.
Check out time is 11am.
Please note we have had to introduce a 2% charge for credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or Commercial cards). There is no charge for Maestro, Solo, or Switch cards. Sorry but we do not accept American Express.
Your Room
Hospitality Tray - Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, milk, sugar biscuits, and jug of drinking water. Guests can note that the water in the bathroom is suitable for drinking.
Television - There are five terrestrial channels. Please can guests be considerate with regards to volume levels at night time. Thank you.
Alarm clock CD Player/Radio - Personal CDs can be played, or switch to radio. Alarm clock function should be re-set for preferred wake up times.
Hairdryer - may be stored in the top drawer of the dresser.
Heating - The valve on the side of the radiator controls the thermostat, as the hot water is used, the radiator may take a little time to cool down or heat up.
