| Chase Lodge Hotel is situated in the heart of Hampton Wick, a 500-year old village on the Thames just minutes from historic Kingston and only half an hour by train from Waterloo in Central London yet only eight miles from Heathrow Airport. Originally built in 1870, Chase Lodge is a small quality hotel run with style and personality by proprietor Denise Dove, assisted by Lord Dibley, her Jack Russell. Denise and Dibley welcome pets to the hotel. Historic Bushey Park is just at the end of the road, and is favourite with canine guests and their owners. |

| CENTRAL LONDON It can be hard to imagine, in the tranquil surroundings of Chase Lodge, that you are just a half-hour train journey from central London - one of the world's greatest cities. The nearest station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel and trains go directly to either Vauxhall or Waterloo from where you can easily connect to the Underground network. Ask the hotel staff about Travel Cards which can save you a lot of money on travel in the city. There is so much to do in London that it can be bewildering. London Tourist Board has lots of information on places to visit and the weekly magazine Time Out is probably your best source of information on what's on. |
