| THE CASTLE Originally a coaching inn, reputedly frequented by Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton, the Castle still retains its friendliness, whilst offering the very best of food, wines and present day comfort.Whether you are staying for business or pleasure, we will give you a really warm welcome and will do our very best to help you enjoy your stay. ![]() A Countryside Welcome Warm and cosily furnished, our 29 bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom and a television with Sky TV channels, as well as a direct-dial telephone, a hair dryer, trouser press and facilities for making hot drinks. You could ask for our four-poster room and, maybe, champagne to be waiting for you when you arrive. Our friendly restaurant has a warm, cosy cottage feel about it and serves value for money dishes and excellent wines. On Sunday, we serve the traditional roast lunch to make it more of a family day. Business or Leisure - It's a pleasure. The Castle Hotel was the meeting place for the founders of the Welsh Rugby Union and boasts excellent function and wedding facilities.Both of our bars serve a range of regional and national beers. ![]() For the business-minded, we provide photocopying, fax, and full conference facilities.
