Campbell House was built in 1891 as a fisherman's cottage. The fishing boats were originally brought up from the sea and the fish was smoked in the house to the rear where the car park is situated. The bed and breakfast is run by Christine Tew.

There are two letting rooms, one with double bed (a further bed or cot can be provided on request) and a double/twin bedded room with wash hand basin, colour T.V., clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities. The Lounge and Dining Room offers a comfortable seating and eating area. Sky T.V, books and games available.

The house is situated 250 yards from the sea and has private off road parking. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard area. The town centre and its many shops, pubs and restaurants are very close.

Sheringham

Sheringham has its own British Rail Station with regular trains from Norwich which connect with London and other large cities. There is also the Poppy Line a full size steam engine which runs between Sheringham and Holt along the coast with beautiful sea views.

Sheringham is proud of its wonderful beaches which have been given a blue flag for cleanliness. In the season life guards are in attendance ensuring safe bathing for all.

Priory Maze: Ten acres of beautiful gardens and mazes within the grounds of Beeston Priory. Enjoy the Christmas tree and Priory Maze. Plant sales and refreshments available.

The Shire Horse Centre: Watch the working shire horses; visit the Countryside Collection and the Children's Farm. Live animal shows and feeding fun throughout the day. Meet this year's mares and foals. Picnic Area, souvenir shop and café.

The Thursford Collection: Live Musical shows daily featuring the unique collection of mechanical organs and the Wurlitzer show.

The Muckleborough Collection: Britain's largest working Military collection.

Splash: Tropical leisure pool with wave making machine. Lots of fun for all the family.

Golf: There are eighteen hole golf courses at Sheringham and Cromer. These are both Links Courses. At West Runton and Mundesley there are nine hole courses.

Sheringham Little Theatre: Succession of plays with the Bridge Theatre. As well as wide screen films which are shown regularly.

Cromer Pier Pavillion: Seaside Special, the last end of the pier show from June to September plus special shows every Sunday with visiting celebrities.

Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach: Fun for all the family

Pleasure Wood Hills Theme Park: Situated between Yarmouth and Lowestoft

The Norfolk Broads: Interesting inland waterways. See the wealth of bird life and stop at one of the excellent hostelries. Either hire your own boat or take one of the supervised trips.

Seal Trips to Blakenney Point: See the seals in their natural environment basking on Blakenney Point. Whenever possible you can land on the Point owned by the National Trust.
