Cam-mont House is a spacious bungalow situated on the picturesque Black Isle, with panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth. The house is just 11 miles from Inverness and half a mile from the main A9 north road. Standing in grounds of one acre. The garden provides ample space to relax and enjoy the real Scottish Atmosphere. A small stream runs through the property and the grounds extend to the shores of the firth.  The house has full central heating your own private sitting room with television and tea/coffee making facilities. |
| Accommodation Each bedroom has a hairdryer and a welcome tray with sherry, tea and coffee making facilities. There are lots of little extras to make guests feel at home. The Firth Room features a brass double bed and overlooks the Cromarty Firth. Its adjacent private bathroom has a bath, separate shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet. Also next door is a sitting room with colour television, for the exclusive use of guests staying in the Firth Room. The Patio Room has a King Size "Zip and Link" double bed, which can be separated into 2 twins - and views of the rear gardens and patio area. This spacious room features a sitting area with colour television and en-suite facilities which include a shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet. |
The views and the wild life that can be seen are stunning (Osprey as they hunt for fish) the Herons as the tide goes out, lots of ducks and in the autumn Canada Geese. Even the occasional seal swims past. There are a few swans (47 were counted in one evening). Wonderful place to make your base to tour the Highlands.  Ample parking at front and side of the house The proprietors Georgie & Jim Cameron offer friendly relaxed service to their guests. |
