We would like to welcome you to our home. Commissioned in 1860 for the Duke of Devonshire; the property is Grade II Listed, situated on a quiet promenade overlooking a Lake and the magnificent 40 acre Pavilion Gardens, and just a 2 minutes stroll from the Opera House. |

| Relax in the peaceful surroundings of The Devonshire Drawing Room which has been tastefully furnished with antiques and prints throughout. Plan the day over a complimentary tray of tea and biscuits, with help from our small library of books of local and historical interest. |  |


| In the unique surroundings of The Oriental Dining Room we are pleased to offer full English breakast to include: Fruit Juices, yoghurts, grapefruit, fresh fruit, a wide selection of cereals, hot toast, and our own special fruit compote, all followed by a full cooked breakfast, prepared to your liking, accompanied by unlimited hot tea (to include a wide choice of speciality blends) or freshly brewed coffee. Vegetarians are, of course, amply catered for. |


 | All of our eight en suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated to include individually designed and commissioned soft furnishings and bedding.
Our Superior Rooms are furnished with Victorian and Edwardian antiques and interesting artifacts.
