A 300 year old cider farm offering bed & breakfast and evening meals. Broome Farmhouse is situated in Peterstow near Ross-on-Wye in the Wye Valley, Herefordshire amidst some of England's finest countryside. Breakfast and evening meals are served in our licensed dining room. The setting is tranquil, the surroundings and orchards beautiful |

The farmhouse is set in a commanding position with views over the local Herefordshire countryside. It is a peaceful location where the noisiest sound is usually the dawn chorus.
You can sit on the patio and soak up the view. Take a jug of cider from the cider cellar or perhaps have a cream tea instead.
The 45 acres of cider orchards are open to roam in.Take a packed lunch if you like and have a picnic. |

The guesthouse is run by John and Hilary Draper. We like to offera friendly atmosphere with a personal touch and always try tomake guests feel welcome.
One way we achieve this is by offering a jug of cider instead of tea to take into the guest's lounge.
On colder days we'll light a cosy fire to warm you on the outside, while the cider warms from within! |
The dining room, which is also open to the general public, styles itself on modern farmhouse cooking and you can enjoy the fine menu for the inclusive price of only £18.50 for the 2008 season if you are a resident. However booking for dinner is essential.
The farmhouse is licensed and has the usual range of bar drinks plus a wine list that will satisfy most tastes and pockets.
The farmhouse is non-smoking.
The three bedrooms are decorated in a country style and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, colour television, a clock/radio and CD player. Wireless Internet connection is also available. |
