Angie and Paul welcome you to this attractive, substantial Edwardian guest house in Church Stretton, Shropshire. We offer high quality bed & breakfast accommodation within a friendly and relaxing environment. Our home is set with in its own spacious grounds, from which there are panoramic views of the famous Long Mynd hills across the valley with the beautiful Caer Caradoc nestling nearby on the other side of the valley. Brookfields Guest House is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, a short, five-minute stroll away is the town with small shops, antique market, pubs, cafes and restaurants, Church Stretton Golf course and railway station. We will be pleased to collect guests and luggage from the station. Ideally placed to explore the Longmynd, Carding Mill Valley, the Shropshire Hills and the beautiful county of Shropshire.

Our five spacious and comfortable bedrooms four with luxury ensuites and one with private facilities, all have colour television with DVD player, hot drink facilities, radio/alarms, shaver points and hair dryers. Whatever your reason for visiting this beautiful and unspoilt area we aim to provide facilities with you in mind.

About our Accommodation

Brookfields Guest House offers comfortable and relaxing Bed & Breakfast accommodation, five minutes walk from the centre of Church Stretton.

We offer 5 rooms all with ensuite (1 with private bathroom), some with outstanding views of the Shropshire Hills. Most rooms can accommodate extra beds, making the accommodation extremely flexible, please enquire. Three double rooms (one on the ground floor) and one twin have luxurious ensuite bathrooms, the single has its own private shower-room just across the landing. Each bedroom has TV & DVD, radio alarm, hair drier, shaver points, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries, and nice little thoughtful touches to make your stay a memorable one. A full traditional English or light breakfast is served for you in our elegant dining room in the morning utilising delicious fresh local produce wherever possible. We make every effort to cater for people with special dietry requirements, so please discuss your needs.

Groups such as ramblers, walking clubs and cyclists are very welcome. We offer drying facilities and secure storage for bikes. Evening meals can be provided on request for groups. Children are welcome, however please bring your own equipment (cots, highchairs etc.) for babies as we are unable to provide these for you.

Relax in your own room or the comfy lounge area and peruse the information provided on the many local attractions, or borrow a local walking/cycling guide book and plan your next expedition.

From the A49 turn left (if travelling south from Shrewsbury) or right (north from Ludlow) when you reach the traffic lights. Turn immediately first left into Watling Street North and Brookfields is about 50 metres on left hand side.
