Welcome to Brook House - A Lakeland stone Victorian guest house built in 1892. Offering Bed & freshly cooked breakfast from our varied menu.
Brook House is located in a quiet part of Windermere with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Accessible with or without a car and close to all amenities rail/bus station, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, and internet café.
A perfect base for exploring the Lake District. With Lake Windermere just a 20 minute walk away, or take a seat on a mini bus to tour the mountain passes. Guided walks are also available.

3 doubles, 1 family (1 double and 1 single) & 1 single.

There is a guests lounge and separate dining room where breakfast is served from 8.30-9am each morning.

Situated in the quiet part of Windermere near Bowness makes us close to shops, restaurants and attractions. 10 minutes walk from train/bus station and20 minutes walk to Lake Windermere.
