About Bluebells Guest House

Bluebells is a lovely Victorian town house with many original features. I have tried to maintain some of the Victorian charm and character by tastefully decorating all rooms individually and taking advantage of the original fire places that enhance each room. Rooms are tastefully dressed with your comfort and well being in mind. Rooms are homely, spacious and benefit from a peaceful colour palette, comfortable beds, quality bed linens and furnishings and many nice little extras and finishing touches.

Location of Bluebells Guest House

Bluebells is situated in the historic city of Canterbury. You can walk from the house to the city centre within 15 minutes, to Canterbury East Station within 10 minutes and to the local Bus Station within 15 minutes. Canterbury West Station is in the St. Dunstan's area and you may need to take a short taxi ride if you have luggage. Bluebells is on a direct route to Dover via the A2 and the journey is within 17 miles and Kent International Airport is within 13 miles.

Rooms

To ensure all my guests get the best possible service as my aim is to support you to enjoy your stay in Canterbury.Guest Rooms: 3 Double/Twin Rooms provided with:

Quality white 100% cotton towels

Guest rooms have not been modernised to accommodate en-suite because it would change the character of the rooms and the bathrooms are a main feature of the property. There are two bathrooms on offer one with a 6ft freestanding claw footed Victorian bath, chandelier and original fireplace, both with pedestal hand basins and modern showers and equipped with quality toiletries and homely touches.

Our delicious breakfast room

The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor front of house and on a beautiful sunny morning the sunshine flows in making it a perfect way to start your day. I pride myself on making sure every guest starts his or her day with a hearty home cooked breakfast and I have not had a disappointed guest yet.

The Tariff

Bluebells Guest House offers 3 Double/Twin Rooms

Double Occupancy: £60.00 per night
Single Occupancy: £35.00 per night

Tariff includes breakfast from the menu. There is a no smoking policy in all guest rooms. Guest are provided with room and front door key so you can access the premises at your convenience.
