Bistro Restaurant - A taste of Arran
Our restaurant reflects our philosophy - that the enjoyment of appetising and good value food is one of the essential elements of a memorable holiday. The menu is limited (but changes frequently) to ensure that the freshest and highest quality ingredients go into our meals. We bring our fondness of food and hospitality, gathered from the reaches of the world - Canada, Middle and Far East, and closer to home - from time spent living there. We hope you enjoy our food, which we like to think fuses something new with the comfortingly familiar.

We buy as much as we can from fresh local sources. Our lamb and beef is locally reared, our eggs are from Arran free-range hens and we feature Arran cheese and Arran ice cream. Ingredients that we can't get from Arran are delivered fresh from mainland markets and some we grow ourselves.
