Blacklands HouseBlacklands, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6DS Telephone: 01732 844274

Blacklands House is an elegant Grade II listed Georgian residence in a quiet village, only four miles from Maidstone. The house stands in attractive gardens, with a lake and waterfall nearby, and has retained many of its original features.
The floor-to-ceiling french windows on the ground floor make the interior light and airy, and the five guest rooms are spacious and full of character. |

All rooms are individually furnished, with tea and coffee making facilities, and are no smoking areas. Each has wash hand basins in the room, and one superior room has en suite bathroom and television. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor for those who find stairs difficult. A full English or Continental breakfast is served daily, from 7.30am.
Children and pets welcome by arrangement, and weekly discounts can be negotiated. Private off street parking. Family room available. |

Traditional pub fare is available within walking distance of Blacklands, and there are many fine restaurants in the neighbouring villages. The house is an ideal quiet retreat for business people away from home, and provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all.
The house has a good location in the heart of Kent, and has easy access to London, Dover and Gatwick airport, all less than 1 hour away. |

Blacklands House is off the M20, junction 4. Take A20, direction Maidstone, then right into Winterfield Lane. Blacklands is off Chapman Way, second drive on the right.
