| The Billingham Arms Hotel was built in the 1950's and has enjoyed a long and successful history as one of the most well known venues within the Tees Valley boundaries. The A19 and A66 provide excellent access to Billingham Town Cetnre. The Hotel is an ideal base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors, Captain Cook's Trail, Herriot and Cookson Country or beaches along the North East Coast, and also lends itself as an ideal centre for professionals visiting the diverse industries and businesses within the Tees Valley District. In August each year, Billingham hosts the International Folklore Festival. The Hotel is ideally situated to view this spectacular event which brings participants from all over the world. As well as our regular program of entertainment the Billingham Arms is well known for its innovative and spectacular Christmas Party and Cabaret Nights which run throughout December. These events will guarantee to get you in the party mood and are ideal for large groups of friends or work colleagues. | ACCOMMODATION The Hotel offers 40 en-suite bedrooms, all with bath and shower facilities, direct dial telephone, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. We now offer a luxurious executive/bridal suite with plasma screen and plush double bed. We also have a purpose built room for wheelchair users, and free car parking within immediate proximity. Rates for 2007: Single Room: £34.50 per night Double Room: £49.50 per night Triple/Family Room: £75.00 per night Executive/Bridal Suite: £125.00 per night All above prices include a full English breakfast, service and VAT. |
| FUNCTION VENUES The Legendary Ballroom: This venue can hold up to 350 people. It is equipped with a stage, dance floor and bar area. The Ballroom is ideal for larger parties such as Wedding Receptions, Live music events, and large conferences. The Wynyard Suite: Holding up to 120 people, and includes a dedicated separate bar area overlooking the Ballroom, and also offers syndicate room facilities. The Wynyard Suite is ideal for smaller functions such as birthday parties and conferences. |
| "JUDGES" Public Bar The Hotel has its own bar facility with big screen TV open for business to the local community and residents of the Hotel. The delicious home cooked food is available from our Traditional Bar Menu and Specials Board from 12-2pm and 6-9pm Monday to Saturday. |
