A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits you at this attractive Victorian farmhouse set in a small village with views over glorious Devon countryside and apple orchards. Only 1 ½ miles from the centre of the historic town of Totnes with its Elizabethan market on Tuesdays and pannier market on Fridays and lots of interesting unusual shops. You never need to be lost for something interesting to do around Totnes. There are attractions of all kinds to keep you entertained whatever the weather. Castles, historic houses, gardens, museums, steam trains and of course the River Dart trips with I always recommend as a must! Dartmoor National Park with its contrasting open moorland and wooded valleys only 20 minutes drive. Beaches can be reached within 10 minutes so this is one good reason why we are so ideally situated for the perfect holiday in the South Hams.

Berry Farm Bed and Breakfast is a traditional farm of 700 acres on the Duke of Somerset's Estate. We have sheep, cattle and arable. The farmhouse is surrounded by large gardens and plenty of parking. All rooms are tastefully decorated and colour coordinated. 1 family, 1 twin and 1 double en-suite all with hot and cold wash basins, tea/coffee facilities, TV's, alarm clocks and shaving sockets. Bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Guests lounge and dining room, colour TV and video. Delicious home cooking, vegetarian and special diets catered for. Log fires. Plenty of good inns and restaurants nearby. Evening meals by arrangement Sorry no smoking in the house. Directions to Berry Farm Nearest Town Totness From Totness take the A385 Paignton Road for one and half miles on sharp bend signposted Berry Pomeroy and Berry Pomeroy Castle turn left and then the farm is half a mile down the road with a big tall tree outside. Sign saying Berry Farm.
