| There are ground floor rooms, rooms with garden view, ironing facilities and a guest's phone. Guests may send and receive faxes and e-mails and access the internet. The guest house is completely non-smoking. Secure accommodation for up to two pedal bicycles provided. |

In the immediate neighbourhood there are shops and newsagents, post office, banks and cash points, restaurants, hotel bars and take-away restaurants, swimming pool, cinema, theatre and Arthur's Seat (extinct volcano). |
