Appledore Guest House

Appledore House is a detached family run Guest House with a homely and friendly non-smoking atmosphere. Families are very welcome and there is an enclosed garden for small children. We are located 5 minutes from the Historic Quay and walking distance from many shops, ie Next, Boots, TK Maxx and a leisure centre. There is also an Antiques Auction House in Queens Road, which has viewings and sales every other week. Exeter itself has various attractions including 14th century cathedral, historic city centre buildings, museum, river and quayside, and city wall remains. Easy access from M5 and well placed for access to seaside and moorland settings.

All rooms are tastefully decorated with coffee/tea making facilities and some combination TV/Video/DVD.

All rooms are centrally heated. Parking available Children friendly meals and equipment available Self service continental breakfast available between 6am to 11am Leaving time up to 12:00 noon

Appledore House was built in the 1890's. It is a victorian house with original features and is positioned away from the main road although within easy reach of bus and rail connections.
