Prestwick is situated on the West Coast of Ayrshire, also known as 'Robert Burns Country'. The picturesque town of Prestwick is probably the most accessible town in Scotland. Prestwick International Airport is only half a mile from the town centre, P&O and Seacat ferries taking you to the Western Isles and Ireland from the town of Troon just 5 miles away. The town's railway station, which is on the main Ayr to Glasgow line, is only 2 minutes from Prestwick town centre. Road links from Glasgow, North Ayrshire, the East and the South makes Prestwick easily accessible from anywhere in the country. There are also express coach links to major cities in the United Kingdom. Afton-Lea is right in the middle of all this, ensuring that no matter where you're coming from or where you're going, you won't be waiting too long! |
| Rooms Afton-Lea Bed & Breakfast have several rooms available to visitors. We have a 'Family Room', a 'Double Room', a 'Single Room' and two 'Twin Rooms'. We have a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in every room. Wi-Fi internet access also available If you have any questions regarding the accommodation, please fill in the 'comments' box on the enquiry page. No matter which room you're going to be having a good nights sleep in, you'll wake up to a full choice breakfast. From cereals and toast, a full Scottish (or English if you like) breakfast, homemade jams and preserves, fresh orange and fruit juice, tea, coffee, milk... and anything else you request!
