Situated in a beautiful and fertile valley, or Combe, on the westernedge of Exmoor, Combe Martin lies at the centre of someof North Devon's most spectacular coastal scenery.The village is located by the sea and is on the North Devon coastalpath and within easy reach of wonderful sandy beaches or the wildsof Exmoor.

Our small, friendly, licensed guesthouse is just three minutes walkfrom the bay. This late Victorian property underwent majorrefurbishment in 2002 and all double rooms are well appointedwith en-suite facilities, colour television and most have sea views.

between 8.30am and 9.30am

M5 junction 27 turn onto A361 (Towards Barnstaple). At thirdroundabout (After approx. 20 miles) turn right onto A399to Combe Martin, drive through village, past bay and we areapproximately 350 yards on your left (opposite the Poplars Hotel).

Our car park is situated to the rear of our guesthouse. Please
follow our signs.
